Garlic Sauce
I’m not even going to pretend that this is healthy. This right here is lunchbox central. This is why you wear yoga pants to the grocery. And you know what?
I DON’T CARE. You could spread this on old tires and they would taste good, so if you have a picky eater (or are totally stress eating, lets not fool ourselves) just cover everything in this.
In a pan, melt:
1/3 cup butter aka most of the fucking stick.
Add & sautee:
5 cloves of chopped garlic (you heard me)
Add & stir:
1 T flour (gf works)
This is only going to get a little pasty, not like the cheese sauce. Don’t worry.
Add & stir:
1 cup milk.
Hit it with some salt, some Italian seasoning and once it thickens up, you are good to go.
