Meatloaf

You can use turkey or beef, just make sure it is the fat kind. The skinny kind tastes like dust.

Take 1 lb of meat and drain off the blood. Place in a bowl. Add:

3 whipped eggs

¼ milk

½ c Breadcrumbs, gluten free is okay

¼ cup tomato paste

Mix.

Then sprinkle in:

3 shakes dried rosemary

5 shakes dried oregano

5 shakes paprika

3 shakes garlic powder


Mix again and shape into a loaf. Cook at 400 degrees until cooked through; start checking at 25 minutes.
