Kitchen Sink Pad Thai
So here is where we put all of the things that are leftover. Duck? ya. Brussels? ya. Onion? ya. Mushrooms? ya. Cook all them bitches up, or if they are already cooked, just dump it all in a pan.
Mix the sauce in a big ass bowl:
3 T fish sauce
1 T soy sauce
3 T Brown sugar
2 T vinegar (rice is best, but go with what you have)
2 T creamy peanut butter
Crack 2 eggs and beat; set aside.
Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain. Heat up all your leftover stuffs and when everything is hot, add the egg mixture and scramble. Add noodles. Add sauce. Top with crushed peanuts and serve.
