So look. If you don’t like poke bowls, or think that fish is nasty, or just can’t afford the tuna, just go ahead and make yourself a little vegan rice bowl. Toss some tofu on top of it if you like. There are a lot of places in this menu where you can make easy substitutions, and also where you can clean up the fridge. A cobb salad is a fantastic way to make a meal grade salad with whatever is left over. So get creative if you don’t like the ingredients listed.
I am also assuming that you are making your weekly loaf of bread. If you aren’t, you will need to pick up a loaf of crunchy baguette for the soup.

garlic parmesan
provolone slices onion x2
shredded cheese tortillas
red pepper yoghurt
green onion pickled ginger

The shopping list is coming in at 95$ for a family of four. 25$ of that is the tuna, so if cost is a real issue for you, you can 100% get away with a tofu bowl. A brick of that is only 4$, so it makes a big difference.
