Oct 01 — Venus in Libra opposition Jupiter in Aries

Water Trine Sedna Rx/ Juno Rx in Pisces to South Node in Scorpio to Pallas in Cancer

There is a lot of mixed energy here, some of which dissipates quickly, some of it lingers for several weeks. The primary force that moves in hot and then chills fairly rapidly is Venus opposition Jupiter, however, over the course of the month this opposition pops up a few more times. So take note of what that feels like so that you can recognize it for what it is and not get sucked into a negative vortex.

This opposition puts the part of you that enjoys ease, beauty and balance against the piece of you that straight up doesn’t give a fuck about any of that and just wants to get going on with the purpose. The conflict is in the desire to move at all costs so that you can grow, and the desire to make it nice for everyone involved. This can create a certain type of havoc in your intimate relationships, so be sure of what you are both saying and doing when you are in conflict with loved ones. Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater, but also don’t take any shit that you don’t have to just for the sake of peace.

The second piece that we have to be aware of is this trine that lasts most of the month between Sedna/ Juno, South Node and Pallas. This is a water trine, so we are looking at a strong emotional aspect and with Pallas anchoring the whole thing in the fourth house, we are also dealing with a family aspect. So you can expect to see some habits that you acquired from your ancestry be brought up to the mental level to be dealt with. You are being asked to take thee things out of the closet, out of the emotional sphere, out of your sense of betrayal and up into your intellectual sphere so you can make conscious decisions to move forward.

This shit will come up over and over this month for you, and each time that you are triggered here, remember that. Bring it up out of the feeling and into the knowing. Make good decisions.

Oct 02 — Mercury goes direct in Virgo

Moon in Sagittarius square Neptune Rx in Pisces

Mercury finally moving direct releases some of the stuck feeling we have been dealing with for the last few months. Good news is that in Virgo, we can start to move forward in our projects in an orderly fashion, one step at a time. This will feel great.

However, just as this is happening, we also have a square between a forward directed Sagittarius Moon and a retrograded Neptune in Pisces. So this has the potential to diminish that orderly progress that Mercury is offering. This moon is a little bit full speed ahead and that Neptune wouldn’t know order if it rose up and bit it in the ass. So you are going to be prone to rushing ahead with your heart in to situations that you may absolutely be fooling yourself about.

Take your time and be very diligent about your direction.

Oct 05 — Vesta goes direct in Aquarius

Juno/ Sedna Rx opposition Ceres in Virgo

There are themes of service and dedication here, ones wrapped in selfless service as well as family. Not necessarily selfless service towards family, but you will definitely feel compelled to find ways to help those that you nurture. Remember not to give more than you can, and to never give so much that you feel bitter or betrayed by those that you serve. What you give is an offering and how you nurture is something that only you can define.

Oct 06 — Mercury in Virgo trine Pluto in Capricorn

Saturn Rx in Aquarius trine Mars in Gemini

Right here is where we see some of that previous Mercury energy start to truly move forward in a very solid way. There is greater clarity of purpose, and a sense of being able to innovate our way towards a perfect solution to some of our most complex problems. Keep moving forwards, and think outside of the box if you can. Your thoughts will be ordered, but the actions they inspire have the potential to be unusual and seemingly disordered. Try to roll with it.

Oct 08 — Pluto goes direct in Capricorn

Pluto has been all up in your internal shit for months now and it hasn’t felt good. Especially when we couple it with all of the other aspects that have been constantly asking you to look in, dig deep, sort it out and be honest with yourself. Driven by Pluto, that work can feel relentless. Now, however, with the Lord of the Underworld turning direct, he can turn back to more external situations that require change and transformation. In Capricorn, he is dealing with all types of social structures. Be prepared for things that have been foundational to your planning to be up for review and to crumble at the slightest pressure. Let it go, let it crumble, trust in the process and it will all evolve correctly.

Oct 09 — Full moon in Aries opposition Sun in Libra

This ferocious full moon brings new beginnings by lighting a fire under your ass around themes of independence, novel experiences, and the release of limitations. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. Just get your ass there and get it now. Your intentions for this moon should be super forward directed and fearless.

Just know that this push will be tempered by a conflicting need for diplomacy and fairness. This will naturally slow the roll of that moon, which can be a good thing if you look into how you can be both fair and fearless, diplomatic and relentless. It can happen, but it will take a bit of thought.

Oct 11 — Mercury enters Libra

You will be aided in executing those intentions when Mercury enters Libra and makes you easy to get along with, easy to converse with and easy to brainstorm with. You will feel very generous and team oriented when it comes to ideas and the sharing of ideas. This will help you to bring in the people who will help you help them move forward and in return, you get the very same help that you need. This is a generous placement, even as it is a little sneaky. Keep your motives upright and you will find that you will always have the magic words to manifest what you need.

Oct 12 — Mercury in Libra opposition Jupiter in Aries

This can get overwhelming as time goes on and you may find yourself feeling like you have summoned more than you can handle. The optimism of the past few days slams up really hard against the need to move and you will probably feel a little bogged down and like you can’t quite keep your head above water. Don’t panic, lean back into your people and ask for the help you need.

Oct 13 — Water trine Venus in Libra/ Vesta in Aquarius/ Mars in Gemini

Put an eyeball on your relationships and really look at how they are working for you. In a good way, a grateful way. This aspect brings an awareness of the beauty, clarity and service in your relationships. Celebrate that, and let yourself really notice this steady affection that is offered to you, and strengthens the bonds already present.

This awareness can easily translate into your physical relationships. Mars rolling into this trine lends some sexuality and a sense of fun and adventure to that sexuality. So if you are in a committed partnership, this is a good time to roll with something light and new. If you are single, this aspect opens doors to new relationships that have a strong bent towards passion, honesty and true connection.

Oct 17 —Pallas in Cancer conjunct Moon in Cancer

This is an extraordinarily emotional day where everything will be filtered through how you feel about it. Logic has no place and anybody who tells you to ‘calm down’ or ‘get over it’ should probably make sure their will is in order.

Knowing that, you can use the heightened emotional awareness here to tap into your deep intuition. Take this rare opportunity to come into tune with how things feel and how you process information through that sensation. Hear what is not being said, sense the energy of the room. This will be a fantastic time for psychic work of all kinds.

Oct 19 — Sun in Libra/ Venus in Libra square Pluto in Capricorn

The thing about Libra is that it has a built in need for balance, fairness and equity. Which can be good. The thing about Pluto is that it does what needs to be done, regardless of whether it is fair or not. This conflict can lead to a stalemate when it comes to getting yourself into position for the coming changes. You will feel compelled to fight, but at the same tome to make peace. So it can be challenging.

Furthermore, we have a Leo moon which has a really sensitive sense of pride, so you won’t take being challenged kindly, and you won’t take failure well. But we are in a huge period of change and on this particular day, the change agents are all kinds of fired up. Trying to get ahead of it so that you don’t fuck it up is an exercise in both futility and vanity. You will only end up making it worse.

This fight for power and control can lead to petty fighting and inconsistency. You might find yourself being dishonest in an effort to calm everything down. Catch that before you go there; secrets and lies will out under this connection. So watch your mouth and check yourself.

Oct 24 — Saturn goes direct in Aquarius

Sun enters Scorpio/ Venus enters Scorpio trine Juno direct in Pisces

Some forward motion happening on two fronts. The masculine Saturn heads direct today in forward thinking Aquarius, while the feminine moves forward in inward looking Pisces. It is time to use the intuition we have earned, the lessons we have learned and use them to restructure our lives in unique ways. Find equity and take that higher view; you have the knowledge now.

At the same time, both the Sun and Venus move into Scorpio. This energy is intimate, deep, intense and sensual which can lead to profound healing if we use it correctly. Choose who you wish to share your energy with and look to those you trust innately. This is not the best time for starting new relationships of commitments as they have the potential to have soulmate qualities that will bring about massive transformations.

And not always through love and joy. Think about deepening the connections you already have, taking them to a more spiritual level where we can explore sensitivity, caring and unselfishness.

there’s a certain amount of WOW here and a whole lotta fuckety fuck fuck. Look at all that Scorpio, just look at it. Plus a New Moon in Scorpio. Plus a solar eclipse. Just….come on, y’all. Come on.

Sun, Moon, Venus and South Node in this potent sign that looks under the surface of everything and is totally willing to sit on the bottom of the emotion to see what there is to see in the depths. So the core of us, or hearts and our sensual selves are all looking deep and seeking the magic of being. You will be super intuitive and suspicious of what you sense but don’t hear. This can lead to fights and blowups over issues of trust and honesty.

Be careful, you may be wrong. All of this Scorpio creates a time of deep suspicion, but you will want to turn that suspicion on institutions and cultural ideals rather than on those in your intimate circle.

This conjunction is in opposition to the great disruptive force of a North Node and Uranus in Taurus that has systematically been tearing down earth structures for years. So to work with that and not be in conflict with it, learn to tune the Scorpio sense in the correct direction. That dishonesty you sense is cultural and systemic, not personal. When it shows up personally, look beyond the person and into how or what created their position. Your attacks must be on the larger issue, not the small representation.

It won’t feel good in the moment because this is some vicious energy. You will want to slice and dice when what you ought to do is surgically strike. Knowing is half the battle, so don’t forget.

Issues that you thought were resolved back in May come back for a second look. It won’t feel as bad as it sounds, there’s just something you missed the first go around. Don’t worry, there is plenty of energy to get it sorted out for good and start to use the power of Pisces Jupiter to expand into the unknown with comfort.

Oct 30 — Mars goes retrograde in Gemini

You’ll feel a secondary slowdown when Mars goes retrograde in Gemini for the rest of the year. Every aspect of our lives will be put on pause and you can expect some delays, especially when it comes to communicating our thoughts and ideas. Use this as an opportunity to take a break and lean into that Pisces Jupiter unknown. I know it sounds scary, but there really is a lot of relief here if you let it be.

Oct 31—South Node Rx in Scorpio/ Venus in Scorpio/ Sun in Scorpio/ Mercury in Scorpio trine Juno/ Sedna direct in Pisces

So take all the powerful mojo from the new moon and add some Mercury in Scorpio to the mix. This adds an extra layer of detective to your mind, making you a flippin’ psychic bloodhound. This trines two asteroids of partnership, both direct now, so you can use that subtle information to make some really important changes in how you perceive your role as partner. Be aware and be careful that you don’t lean into past hurts as the filter for all of this information.
