Oh, lawdy, I’m not even going to tell you how badly I fuh-UCKed up last week;s cornbread. Yeah, masa harina and cornmeal are totally different birds. I knew that but didn’t label the jar appropriately….whoops! Good thing my family is full of troopers and know that I have only an 89% success rate. Solid B+ all the way. Which is good enough, so if you fuck up, its cool. Just put some butter on it and eat it anyway.
Or give it to the dog, lol.
